Anton, make this your next trip.
Resort details Ski area The ski area is great and more than big enough to amuse even the keenest of skier. The ski area has two glaciers meaning the snow is generally of good quality all the way through the season.
BEGINNERS: The resort works well for beginners and is a very good choice in the early or late season when other resorts nursery slopes which are generally at resort level lose their snow.
The down point to this is you do have to travel up the main Giggijoch gondola to get to the best area which is a good selection of gentle blue slopes just above Hoch-Solden and next to the fun park.
On a clear weather day, head up to the Tiefenbachkogl peak and ski the blue runs down towards the Rettenbach glacier.
And right in front of you — the Wildspitze — the highest mountain in Tirol at m altitude. A steel, glass-clad footbridge is held in place only by strong steel cables, attached to the distinctive, 15 m high pyramid on the summit of the Tiefenbachkogl. Right at the mountain station for the Tiefenbachbahn on the Tiefenbach glacier — m above the sea.
Right on the summit of the mountain a suspension bridge proceeds to the viewing platform on the roof of the spectacular restaurant ice Q. The best views are there waiting for you — not just to the sensational summits which surround the Gaislachkogl. The menu also has a special kind of pleasure panorama in store for you.
Alpine cuisine and exquisite wines celebrate genuine lifestyle in Das Central, in the middle of the inspiring Alpine realm at over m. See kilometres into the distance.
But yes, once you can work out which end of any lift is the top, it is much better than the "proper" piste map. So if you're just off somewhere snowy come back and post a snow report of your own and we'll all love you very much So if you're just off somewhere snowy come back and post a snow report of your own and we'll all love you very much Quote: once you can work out which end of any lift is the top Just like a paper map then You know it makes sense.

Or am I missing something? Kersh, that is quality! This is going revolutionise pistemaps isn't it They've obviously spent plenty of time surveying the piste. Tough job eh! Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person Kersh, i like the fact it is overlayed with a more snow covered image I am getting itchy for the season already, been looking at my last trip photos!
